All Training Centre training is fully documented on task analysis sheets along with development progress charts.

Employees are informed and involved with their progress, achievements and outcomes throughout their training and employment.

Every employee is given annual training on such topics as Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare and Forklift Awareness.

Annual Appraisals are conducted by Training Officers who discuss with the employee, supervisor and parent / carer issues regarding their work performance, if they are satisfied with their job, would like further training or if they know who to speak to if a problem arises.

During the appraisal, a wage review is conducted, with wages and conditions determined by the Phoenix Enterprise Agreement 2002. These wages are paid in addition to the Disability Support Pension, which progressively decreases as wages increase.
