Every employee is given annual training on such
topics as Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Welfare and
Forklift Awareness.
Annual Appraisals are conducted by Training Officers
who discuss with the employee, supervisor and parent / carer issues
regarding their work performance, if they are satisfied with their
job, would like further training or if they know who to speak to
if a problem arises.
During the appraisal, a wage review is conducted,
with wages and conditions determined by the Phoenix Enterprise Agreement

Pension, which progressively decreases as wages increase.
