Phoenix Society prides itself on its reputation
for Quality.
Phoenix Society was the first organisation of its type within
Australia to be Quality endorsed to AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 standards, in relation to the Commercial
Operations.
Phoenix Society were endorsed in 1993
All of the facilities are also registered under
Commonwealth Disability Services Standards covering the capability
of Disability Services Management System.
Phoenix Society continually strive to enhance, develop and improve the Quality
Management Systems to ensure that end customers’ needs are
fully satisfied, at the same time ensuring that costs of production
are minimised.
