| Phoenix Society - Our Quality Policies Phoenix Society prides itself on its reputation for Quality. We are the first organisation of our type within Australia to be Quality endorsed to ISO, in relation to our Commercial Operations. We were endorsed in 1993 All of our facilities are also registered under Commonwealth Disability Services Standards covering the capability of Disability Services Management System. We continually strive to enhance, develop and improve our Quality Systems to ensure that our end customers’ needs are fully satisfied, at the same time ensuring that our costs of production are minimised.
